He Even Washes the Dishes

One of the things we like to teach our fosters is how to politely eat with the pack. You can see Keeper is patient as he waits his turn to be fed. This video is a little long, but I wanted to show you how well he is doing in this area. You have to be as patient as they are! If you look closely, you can see all of them licking their lips and smacking in anticipation of being fed. You probably cannot hear it, but they all do it while I prepare the food. Keeper has a cute habit of helping me wash the dog bowls after each meal. It is so sweet and funny. I don't even remember when he started doing it. If you need a dog with mealtime manners and who will help with the dishes, then Keeper may be the hound for you.
